Looks good, but it comes un assembled, so you have to put the thing together. Not a big deal, except there are NO INSTRUCTIONS!! I looked online, and found some, but none were for this model. It's not that hard, but it did take some trial and error to see what goes where, what is up and down.... When installing it on my tower, the rubber sleeves for the different diameter towers aren't labeled either, so you have to figure out which one is the right size. Even with that, the racks still have a tendency to slide when they have a board and you are going at speed. Probably my biggest peeve, though, is the fact that there is no adjustment on the bungee. There have been several times when I'm cruising, and I look back, and the knee board is out of the rack, dangling 1/2 in the boat, 1/2 out of the boat, only saved cuz it was tangled up in the bungee.
